This is product relates to antonyms. If you are looking for extra resources to reinforce or review antonyms, then this resource covers that learning objective. The product contains 46 pairs of antonym cards which you can use to present your lessons by asking students to find the opposite of the card you are holding up. Or you could blu tac some cards onto an easel and ask students ‘What is the opposite of each card?’.
Other activities with the cards: Snap! and a memory game (select pairs of antonyms and lay them face down on the table for students to find matching antonym pairs).
Preparation: For longevity I would suggest laminating and cutting apart the cards you require for that activity.
I have included some activities you can do with the cards in the teacher notes.

This is antonyms and synonyms product which contains an editable PowerPoint presentation (60 Slides), worksheets to go with the presentation, word only flashcards (2 fonts) and editable cards in PowerPoint. There is a lesson guide to go with the presentation divided into sections for ease of reference. This product can be used as a standalone lesson or if you are looking to review antonyms and synonyms then this presentation and worksheets would be suitable for your requirements.

What is the Opposite? Cut/Paste Worksheets A to C: Students write the opposite word and then cut and glue the correct antonym picture where indicated.
Synonyms Match Up Worksheet: Students draw lines to connect the pairs of synonyms. There are two words that do not match as they are antonyms.

There are 7 consonant blends worksheets containing 9 blends pictures on each sheet with incomplete words. Students select the correct missing blends from the grid using the picture clues.

Writing activity: Worksheets 1 to 3
Students write simple sentences using each of the beginning blends shown in the grid with pictures. They should check their work making sure they start their sentence with a capital/uppercase letter and finish with an end punctuation.

Worksheet 1: Students select one correct blend to complete the word in the sentence.
Worksheet 2: Students select two correct blends to complete the words in the sentence.
Colour by Code: Summer Beach (2 versions) – with Solution.
The blends in this activity are colour-coded. The consonant blends are: bl, br, cr, fr, gl, sn, sp and st.
The image shows words and pictures beginning with consonant blends.
First version: the colours are displayed with the beginning consonants in order to colour the images correctly, students use the colour code to complete the activity.
Second version: Students will need to colour in the crayons before using the code to complete the picture.
